My wife Esterline & I first met Tamara 13 years ago. My job was transferring me from San Francisco to Sacramento County. I had less than 2 months to get pre-approved for a home loan, find a new home to buy and relocate from the bay area to Sacramento. Tamara took on this challenge and committed to my wife and I that she would work with us every step of the way. Tamara kept her word and delivered more than expected. Turns out I am a very selective (read difficult according to my wife) and though nothing seemed to meet my standards, Tamara pushed forward, completely undaunted. Tamara always had 4-6 properties ready to show us each time we met. All properties met the basic outline of what we had envisioned buying but none actually blew my wife or I away for the first 20-25 houses. On a wonderful spring morning, Tamara called at the crack of dawn to inform us of a house that would be hitting the market later that same day. The house was perfect. The price was perfect. Tamara's diligence had found us our dream house. Because Tamara had insured that we were pre-approved, everything moved like clockwork from that morning forward. I have subsequently recommended Tamara to my sister who used Tamara to sell her old home and find her a new home as well a professional colleague who relocated from Los Angeles to Sacramento.
